1) What are the differences between your
Online Nature Learning Store and your "affiliate shops"?
Simply put, we handle all the operations of our Nature Learning Store
ourselves---marketing, order processing and fulfillment, customer service, etc.
Within our two affiliate shops, however, (the Gigglemoose
Souvenir Shop and Camp
Gigglemoose) these elements are handled by reliable outside

2) How do I place an order?
When you find something you want to purchase, enter in the quantity and
click on the "Add to Basket" button. This will take you into your
shopping basket. From there you can continue shopping or proceed to
"checkout" by clicking on the appropriate button. Specific,
easy-to-follow instructions will guide you through every step of the ordering
process.
3) What form of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (VISA or Mastercard), checks, money orders, or school
purchase orders. To use a check or money order, you must print out our order
form and submit your order by mail. This will delay your order. For more
details on purchase orders, see question #5.
4) How safe is it to use my credit card?
Very safe! We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to process all
credit card orders. Secure servers and state-of-the-art computer security
encrypts all the information you type in (including credit card numbers) to
prevent it from being intercepted and stolen.
5) Can my school order with a PO?
Yes. All school purchase orders must be signed by an authorized purchasing

6) What are your delivery charges?
Our insured delivery rates are based on the dollar amount of your order. Click

7) When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 3--5
working days, though we cannot guarantee that time frame. (Many orders, in fact, actually
ship within 24--48 hours). If
an item is out of stock at the time we receive your order, we will ship it to
you as soon as it arrives. Of course, you will be notified of this status and be
given the opportunity to cancel the backordered item.
8) Do you ship overseas?
Sorry, but at this time we can only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We
hope to add overseas shipping soon.
9) Do you charge sales tax?
No. Because we are based in New Hampshire and there isn't a state
sales tax, we do not add taxes to U.S. orders.
10) Are special precautions necessary when
ordering live specimens?
Yes. If your order includes live specimens, please make sure
that you will be ready to use them as soon as they arrive. This is especially
important if delivery will be to a school or organization. Shipments containing
live specimens must be opened immediately. We cannot be held responsible for
live specimens that are not attended to promptly. Live specimens cannot be
shipped outside the United States.

12) How do I know if you received my order?
Shortly after submitting your order, you'll receive a verification e-mail
from us. You'll also receive a later e-mail verifying when your order ships.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time during checkout. If you change
your mind after you've finalized the ordering process, you'll need to
