Are you ordering for a school, organization, or institution? We only accept purchase orders by mail or fax. Whether you use our order form or your own letterhead, we will need complete information and the signature of a billing authorization official.

NOTE: This is not an online order form. To use this order form: print it out, fill it out completely, then mail or FAX it to us at the address below. PLEASE PRINT ALL INFORMATION.

Make sure you include your completed order form with appropriate credit card information, money order, cashier’s check, or personal check imprinted with street address. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed. We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges, and other applicable charges.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please use your street address for shipping. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes. We use the most cost-efficient carrier to your area, so shipping and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Shipping charges include order processing, protective packaging, and insured delivery to your door. Delivery to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. You may request delivery outside this area by contacting us. Ask about free delivery in regions of southern NH, southern ME, and northern MA.

MOOSE MOOLAH: Please include your actual Moose Moolah when redeeming them for a discount. We do keep track of your Moose Moolah account, so you may contact us for an update on your account or if you’ve lost your copies.

BACK ORDERS: Most orders are shipped within 3--5 working days, though we cannot guarantee that time frame. (Many orders, in fact, actually ship within 24--48 hours). If an item is out of stock at the time we receive your order, we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives. Of course, you will be notified of this status and be given the opportunity to cancel the backordered item.

RETURNS: As we state in our mission, our goal is to educate and empower parents, teachers, and other volunteers so that they can help children enjoy the natural wonders our planet has to offer, and learn how to preserve those wonders for future generations. We will never achieve that goal if we leave a trail of unhappy customers. To that end, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on everything we sell.

BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING, we ask that you please request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER via e-mail at customerservice@gigglemoose.com. Packages returned without a Return Authorization Number CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. All returned merchandise must include the original box and paperwork. We will credit your account if the returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

All claims for damaged or defective merchandise, or missing items, must be made within 10 days.

ARE YOU ORDERING LIVE SPECIMENS? If your order includes live specimens, please make sure that you will be ready to use them as soon as they arrive. This is especially important if delivery will be to a school or organization. Shipments containing live specimens must be opened immediately. We cannot be held responsible for live specimens that are not attended to promptly. Live specimens cannot be shipped outside the United States.

All items are subject to availability. All prices and rates are subject to change. Because we are based in New Hampshire and there isn't a state sales tax, we do not add taxes to U.S. orders.
