If your order includes live specimens, please make sure that you will be ready to use them as soon as they arrive. This is especially important if delivery will be to a school or organization. Shipments containing live specimens must be opened immediately. We cannot be held responsible for live specimens that are not attended to promptly. Live specimens cannot be shipped outside the United States.
Most orders are shipped within 3--5 working days, though we cannot guarantee that time frame. (Many orders, in fact, actually ship within 24--48 hours). If an item is out of stock at the time we receive your order, we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives. Of course, you will be notified of this status and be given the opportunity to cancel the backordered item.
Because we are based in New Hampshire and there isn't a state sales tax, we do not add taxes to U.S. orders.
